ORDERING INFORMATION

*Important: Online ordering is not available at this time.
Orders can be placed by phone, fax, or email during regular business hours. Special orders must be placed at least 14 days in advance of the delivery or pick-up date in order to qualify for special pre-book prices. A 50% upfront deposit may be required for large, special, or seasonal orders. Because flowers are perishable and an agricultural product, weather, transportation, and inspections can cause unexpected product cancellations or delays. However, we will always accommodate and fulfill orders to the best of our ability and will work with you to resolve any issues stemming from product cancellations or delays.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Returns on hard-goods are accepted with-in 48hrs for refund. A 10% restocking fees will be assessed on all returned merchandise that was not defective or sent in error. Seasonal/holiday merchandise is non-refundable. Returns for perishable are accepted if problems are notified and fresh materials are returned to the store within 24hrs of purchase. We will exchange the product at no extra cost.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Effective April 2016, all accounts are COD. We accept cash, money orders, all major credit cards (Visa, Master, Discover, and American Express), and business checks (with a valid California ID number). A fee of $30.00 will be assessed for any check returned unpaid for non-sufficient funds, and we will not accept checks from customers with more than two returned checks.
Additionally, United is able to keep a credit card on file with your account for purchases; please talk to your salesperson to complete the required form for this service.
Lastly, United issues gift cards, which will also be accepted as payment.
